We visited Tiziano Tassi, CEO, and Graziano Vicini, product lead, in Parma, at Caffeina’s headquarters. It was a splendid sunny day—the only sunny day in May this year—and in their bright and lively offices, we had an enlightening conversation about how wethod is revolutionizing their project management.

Caffeina: a company in evolution

Caffeina was founded in 2012 and, in just over a decade, has become a solid entity with around 230 people. "We operate as an agency covering communication, marketing, creativity, media, and innovation," Tiziano tells us. "We have a synergistic structure that combines responsibilities and cross-functional skills to offer a complete service to our clients."

Before adopting wethod, Caffeina used a mix of tools for project management, but with several limitations. "We had issues with data updating and timeliness in decision-making," Tiziano explains. "This situation caused information asymmetries and slowed down our decision-making processes."

Project speed index: Thanks to the Road Runner on wethod—an index measuring project progress speed and team hours—each PM can monitor and intervene promptly to correct any deviations in each project!

One of the most interesting aspects Graziano shared with us is how wethod has improved the work environment at Caffeina. "The accuracy and timeliness of data have reduced stress and improved overall team awareness," he explains. "We now make decisions faster and with more reliable data, transforming them into accurate information."
